Year One Wellness

Year One Wellness provides evidence-based physical/occupational therapy to infants and supports their families from birth to walking and beyond. All of our providers are dual certified as breastfeeding specialists as well. We specialize in treatment for torticollis, head shape concerns, motor milestones, and feeding (breast, bottle, and solids). We also offer a program to support lactating parents with breast health concerns such as breast pain, clogged ducts, and mastitis using therapeutic ultrasound, lymphatic drainage massage, therapeutic exercise, and evidenced-based education following the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine guidelines. Finally, we offer baby play classes exploring all the sensory systems and providing a space for new or seasoned parents to connect with each other in a calming, fun environment.
