I’m especially passionate about helping you stay grounded during labor by creating a calm, protected environment—low lights, soft music, and minimal interruptions—so your body can do what it was designed to do.

Whether you’re planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, or you’re still figuring things out, I meet you exactly where you are without pressure or judgment. My goal is for you to feel confident, supported, and never alone throughout your journey.
