I'm a Full-Spectrum Doula dedicated to supporting you through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. Guided by feminine wisdom and a deep respect for the birth process, I feel called to walk alongside women as they make informed decisions that feel right for themselves and their babies. The birth experience stays with you long after the moment has passed, shaping your postpartum journey and the beginning of your parenthood story.

We will go over labor and birth education, wellness and movement, labor positions, natural comfort measures, create your birth wishes, process and fears, and discuss your plans for postpartum.
