Newby Nurturing

Hello, I’m Katie, owner of Newby Nurturing—a postpartum doula agency serving Houston, San Antonio–New Braunfels, and Austin. I’m a nurse, postpartum doula, and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist with 11 years of experience supporting families in the early weeks and months of parenthood. I created Newby Nurturing because I want new mothers to feel rested, supported, and confident during this sacred transition into motherhood. We offer daytime & overnight postpartum care—helping with newborn care, feeding, light housework, and emotional support. I also do in-home lactation visits in New Braunfels for help with latch, supply, pumping, and feeding challenges. I’m lucky to work with a wonderful team of compassionate doulas and newborn care specialists who share the same mission.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
