I am a birth and postpartum Doula with a holistic approach to matrescence, fertility, and family building. My birth support is rooted in compassion, with breath-work, visualization, and movement as core practices. My postpartum support is all about holding the new family and centering the needs of the healing mother or birthing parent to establish a strong foundation that will encourage everyone to thrive.
