As a DONA-certified doula and a PMH-C (Perinatal Mental Health Certified) professional, I specialize in the 'emotional architecture' of the fourth trimester. My goal is to be your safety net.. helping you navigate the spectrum of postpartum emotions while ensuring you are fed, rested, and confident.
