As a mother of two little boys, I understand how vulnerable and transformative the postpartum season can be— because I've lived it. Even when surrounded by a loving partner, family, and friends, this time can still feel overwhelming and lonely. Through my own journey into motherhood, I feel deeply called to support women as they navigate this new season of life.

My goal is to be a calm and steady presence for mothers to feel nurtured, supported, and cared for while they are getting to know their new baby and settling into a new way of life. With a background in nutrition, I focus on creating warm, nourishing meals, snacks, and teas that support healing and recovery during the fourth trimester.

I offer in-home meal preparation tailored to postpartum healing, newborn guidance, breastfeeding support, emotional and informational support, and any household support needed to ensure you are able to rest and enjoy your new baby.
