Mama Llama Doula Care

HI there. I'm Andria, the "Mama" of Mama Llama Doula Care. My postpartum doula services are 100% virtual and focus on "mothering the new mother" as you welcome your baby home and recover from childbirth. You probably have questions about pain management, baby feeding, and postpartum mental health. As your virtual postpartum doula, I will provide comfort, knowledge and practical support. I believe you are brave and competent. I will help you hear and honor your own intuition as you navigate a restful transition into parenthood. My training and experience include: childbirth education & preparation for partners, birth doula support, postpartum doula care, breastfeeding, maternal mental health, newborn care, and Infant/Adult First Aid & CPR.
