My practice offers integrative birth, postpartum, and lactation support rooted in evidence-based care, cultural awareness, and whole-person support. I work with families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, newborn care, and feeding support with a focus on education, nervous system regulation, informed decision-making, and honoring the body’s natural physiology.

As a birth and postpartum doula with advanced lactation training and IBCLC preparation, I support chest/breastfeeding, pumping, newborn rhythms, recovery after vaginal or cesarean birth, and early family transition. My care often includes hands-on guidance with feeding, positioning, infant soothing, bodywork-informed comfort measures, traditional postpartum practices, and practical support for the emotional and physical realities of new parenthood.

My approach blends clinical knowledge with compassionate, individualized care that helps families feel informed, grounded, and supported.
