I have over 4 years in the healthcare field working as a Community Health Worker, and now extend my outreach in Doula care. As trained by DONA International, I hope to bring comfort and empower you along your birthing journey.
At Gentle Waves Little Steps my goal is to help you feel empowered, supported and informed throughout your pregnancy and after. Many studies show that Doulas can help lower the risk of cesarean births, use of pain medication, reduce stress and more. My Doula practice is culturally sensitive, BI-POC & LGBTQIA+ friendly.
