Birth is not a medical event. It’s a threshold.

I’m Jaiyla, a Full Spectrum Birth doula, certified Reiki practitioner, and founder of DoulaISH and enForme Reiki Studio. I built DoulaISH for the birthing parent who has been pushed to the background of their own story: the one carrying the baby, the questions, the fear, and the hope all at once. Someone should be asking how you are doing, consistently and intentionally, without switching the subject to the baby.

Through education, advocacy, physical body movement, and Womb & Sacral Reiki, I help you feel prepared, grounded, and genuinely cared for. Support moves with you through every phase: Health in the first trimester, Strength in the second, Release in the third, and Ease in the fourth trimester, so your transition into parenthood feels as easeful as possible.

Before birthwork, I was a Creative Producer and Project Manager in advertising, media, and experiential. In other words, I get ish done. That background makes my practice as intentional in its execution as it is in its heart.
