I am an adventurer, fitness and wellness enthusiast, foodie, intermediate snowboarder, and a Registered Nurse of 10+ years, with a passion for service and maternal and public health equity.

My mission? To empower you and your family as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. To make sure your birth and postpartum plans are clearly communicated. My method? Providing wrap-around, holistic, and evidence-based support and education. My why? We deserve BETTER! Birthing people, ESPECIALLY, Black, Indigenous, POC, and LBGTQ+, deserve better birthing outcomes! As a health equity and justice advocate, I believe in safe, sacred, collaborative, and informed birthing experiences for ALL birthing people, whether it be inside or outside of the hospital.
