I specialize in working with babies and toddlers from 4 months to 4 years old, guiding parents through the ups and downs of sleep with science-backed strategies and a supportive approach. I believe sleep doesn’t have to be complicated or stressful — it just takes the right plan, a little patience, and someone in your corner.
