I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant and I specialize is infant and toddler sleep. I work one-on-one with parents to help their little ones learn healthy, independent sleep skills so the whole family can get their nights back.

My method is very client-led. So that means I’m going to base it off your child’s needs and your parenting style. I can also create a schedule/routine based on your family’s lifestyle and needs. That’s what’s so great about a sleep consultant. Yes, we provide a lot of the same info you can find online or in books BUT we tailor it to your family and your needs. We also hold your hand through the whole process and help you pivot if something isn’t working for your child.
