I currently provide services for families across the Denver metro area—from Castle Rock to Thornton! I’m a mom of three with a deep passion for supporting other families. When I’m not cozied up with a book or watching Frozen for the hundredth time, you’ll find me reading (again) or enjoying outdoor adventures with my partner. I currently offer birth doula support, basic breastfeeding support, and prenatal breastfeeding classes. My mission is to create a space where every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered through one of life’s most sacred transitions. After my own birth experiences, I realized how vital it is for women to have someone who listens, advocates, and helps them make fully informed choices about their care. I believe birth should be free from stigma and fear. Whether you choose an unmedicated or medicated birth, breast or bottle feeding, every decision deserves respect and celebration.
