Passionate about being present, honoring a woman’s natural instincts, and walking beside her through birth and postpartum. Trusting the process, surrendering to one’s self and listening to your body through labor are so important. Postpartum support I focus on nutrition, rest, grounding and centering the body, breath work, bodywork and recovery.
