Rooted Birth and Beyond

I’m so glad you found Rooted Birth and Beyond! I am a lover of all things health and healing. I started Rooted after following a lifelong pull to serve and support families during one of the most pivotal and raw chapters in their lives. As an early childhood educator, I saw families go through many different providers before finding the answers and support they were seeking in holistic health.

It is now my mission to offer holistic home-based care to families for all aspects of their journey. I have always been inspired by the power and strength you can have when someone believes in you. I believe every woman should be confident in her body, her ability to birth and make decisions that are right for her and her baby. Every woman deserves to have support and feel safe while giving birth. Someone there to hold space, ground, guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy and labor.

My favorite part of this work is sharing my knowledge to empower my clients and seeing them satisfied in this beautiful season of their lives. Outside of Rooted, I am a Student Midwife pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery at the Midwives College of Utah. When I'm not working with families, you can find me enjoying anything outdoors, cuddling with my dogs, spending time with friends and family, or reading a good book.
