Nourished Roots was created to empower women throughout their journey, from pre-pregnancy to postpartum and beyond. Using my background as a women’s pelvic health physical therapist and as a certified pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist, I want to provide resources like downloadable materials, real-time classes, one-on-one consultations, and more. With Lamaze childbirth education classes, my goal is to see women feel confident to fully embrace their unique journey. Having my own foundation rooted in the truth of the Word, I aim to establish a nurturing and safe environment for healing and growth; creating a nourished foundation for every woman that passes through......

I hope to be able to reach into other areas of the world as well. I want to use the skills, knowledge, and experience I have acquired over the years to go in truth and love to serve and meet needs seen and unseen, in whatever capacity I am able, even beyond women’s health PT and childbirth education as the opportunities arise. My goal is to make everything as accessible as possible for every woman who could benefit from my skills and knowledge and care.
