Moonwise Women

I’m Monica, a Licensed Midwife, Certified Yoga Instructor, Doula, and Holistic Wellness Guide. I believe women deserve care that supports the whole person through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

I offer services to meet families where they are, including a unique “labor check” option for guidance in early or active labor.

For postpartum, I bring the skills of a Licensed Midwife into doula-style care. In addition to emotional support, I can check vitals, provide assessments, support lactation, and guide newborn care, offering more comprehensive support than traditional doula work. Families can choose single visits or ongoing care based on their needs.

I also offer Prenatal Yoga to support your changing body, Labor Prep Classes, and Pregnancy Support rooted in my Moonwise approach to health and wellness. My goal is to help women feel informed, confident, and cared for in body, mind, and spirit.
