As your doula, my goal is to empower you, honor your autonomy, and support your family—exactly as you are. I provide evidence-based, unbiased, and compassionate care. This includes physical and emotional support, helping you explore your options, understand your resources, and move through each stage with confidence. I will never make decisions for you, speak on your behalf, or pressure you into choices that don’t reflect your values.
