Hey Mama, I’m Lauren Register. I’m a certified herbalist, and certified full spectrum doula serving clients all over Hampton Roads. I am passionate about removing the stress and overwhelm from birth and providing steady support and sound resources. My service offerings include Prenatal support and preparation, birth mindset prep, and bereavement care.
