Postpartum doula support for families in Northeast Pennsylvania and the Poconos.

I offer in-home daytime and overnight support during the early weeks with your baby… caring for both you and your baby so you can rest, recover, and feel more confident in this new season.

I support with newborn care, feeding guidance (breast and bottle), and gentle, practical help throughout the day or night. I also provide emotional support… a calm, steady presence where you can ask questions, feel heard, and not have to carry everything on your own.

You don’t have to be struggling to need support. Many families I work with are simply looking for reassurance, rest, and someone experienced to walk alongside them. I have experience supporting twins and growing families.

My approach is holistic and evidence-based, meeting you where you are and honoring your instincts.

Rates vary based on daytime or overnight support and your family’s needs.
