Hello beautiful families! I am a trained birth doula based in central New Jersey, dedicated to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. My practice blends compassionate care and holistic practices with evidence-based guidance offering prenatal visits, continuous labor support, and early postpartum care. Additionally, I provide services like postpartum meal prepping and juicing. I am also in the process of getting my certification as a prenatal and postpartum fitness coaching so that will be coming soon! Inspired by my own mother’s birth story, I am passionate about ensuring every mother feels heard, supported, and empowered in their journey.
