Holding You in Birth

As a birth doula and hypnodoula, I lovingly and compassionately support families through the transformative journey of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. While the journey is unpredictable, I believe you can create flexible dreams for each. I’m committed to holding sacred space for you–helping you imagine and realize your dreams and empowering you to find your inner calm and power. I offer emotional, physical, and informational support so you feel confident, informed, and safe in your birth and postpartum choices. In addition to birth doula services, I offer in-person and virtual birth circles which included guided relaxation and a mini workshop on a birth or postpartum topic.
