Hi, I'm Joni. I am an Integrative Wellness Practitioner and Registered Nurse with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. My journey began as an Army-trained medic and has grown through my work as a nurse, doula, grief and transition support practitioner, yoga instructor, Reiki Master, Thai Yoga Bodyworker, meditation guide, and integrative wellness practitioner.

At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you already carry wisdom, strength, and the capacity to navigate your own journey. My role is not to fix or define that journey, but to walk alongside you with compassion, education, presence, and support.
