Expansion Maternal Care

Expansion Maternal Care exists to mother the mother. My mission is to offer authentic, grounding support through prenatal yoga, sound baths, and doula care—creating a calm, supportive space where expectant women feel safe, confident, and deeply supported as they prepare for birth and motherhood. Through mindful movement, intentional rest, and compassionate presence, we empower clients to trust their bodies, communicate their needs, and move through pregnancy and birth with clarity and confidence. I strive to redefine maternal care by centering emotional safety, embodiment, and intuition, helping each client enter motherhood grounded, informed, and deeply connected to herself.
