Hello families, my name is Mariah, and I'm a full-spectrum doula specializing in postpartum and infant care, with over 10 years of experience supporting families in a variety of capacities. I have extensive experience caring for infants and toddlers, including overnight support, day support, establishing routines, bottle feeding, developmental support, and helping families transition smoothly through the early stages of welcoming their little ones

I've worked with both singletons and twins, supported moms recovering from C-sections, and focus on creating a calm, nurturing, and dependable environment where both baby and parents feel supported. I previously owned a daycare specializing in infant and toddler care and hold a bachelor's degree in music education. I'm also currently pursuing a degree in nursing.
