Blessed Beginnings Doula Services

I provide compassionate, evidence-based support as a birth and postpartum doula for families planning hospital, home, or birth center births. I am VBAC certified and passionate about helping parents feel informed, supported, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. With additional lactation training, I also offer guidance with feeding, newborn adjustment, recovery, and emotional support after birth. My goal is to create a calm, encouraging space where you feel heard, respected, and confident in your choices every step of the way.
