A Work of Heart Counseling

A Work of Heart Counseling is a group practice based in Northern NJ that provides individual and couples therapy for perinatal mental health needs ranging from postpartum depression and anxiety, perinatal OCD, traumatic loss or birth trauma, termination, and trying to conceive/infertility. We use evidence based therapies from a person centered and humanistic place to help create impactful change, lasting healing and empowerment for all stages and phases of parenthood. Appointments available in person or via telehealth throughout NJ.
