Hi, I'm Dr. Meaghan, as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and going through my three pregnancies, I realized there was a lack of support and education in the strength training world for women. I hope to bridge the gap and help women safely train through their pregnancy. We provide safe training for pregnant women and postpartum workouts in a supportive community setting, empowering mothers to be strong while having the option to bring your kiddos with you.
