Here’s the thing about me: I’m deeply rooted in science and evidence. I’ll always bring you research-backed info, data, and practical tools to help you make informed choices for your birth and beyond.
But—I’m also not afraid to lean into the softer side. Breathwork, visualization, energy, intuition… I believe those things matter too. Sometimes the “woo” is really just the language our bodies and spirits speak when science hasn’t caught up yet.
