Yes Doula

Embracing the journey of birth has been a part of my life since I was 21. Supporting my mother through pregnancy, her cesarean and beyond ignited my path. Years later, I became a pillar of support for my sister during the births of my two nieces. These moments, alongside my own pregnancy and births and motherhood, inspired me to become a Birth Doula.

​The Orgasmic Birth Practitioner Program transformed my doula perspective from supporting birth to embracing "orgasmic" birth. It deepened my understanding of integrating sensuality and sexuality into labor, an integral connection between creating life and birthing it. Debra's powerful film "Orgasmic Birth: The Best Kept Secret" continues to be a pivotal part of my practice.

​Now as an Orgasmic Birth Doula, through Yes Doula, my virtual service, I empower expecting women in v-bacs, epidural free births, and more. Guiding them to voice their choices and use pleasure to ease pain and anxieties.
