Hi, I’m Xenia, a Licensed Therapist and I work with women who struggle with putting themselves first and notice they are the support person for everyone else. Maybe you feel like you can’t lean on others or ask for help because that feels like even more of a chore. You might be at the point where it’s starting to feel too overwhelming, you can’t handle all of it on your own, and resentment towards your partner or others might already be starting to build.

My passion is working with women in their motherhood era. Whether you are going through fertility difficulties, pregnancy loss, anxiety or depression during pregnancy, you’ve experienced birth trauma, or just trying to get through postpartum. I’m here and I’d love to offer you a space, in-person or virtually, to work through everything you are experiencing. It’s hard to talk to others sometimes, you feel like you have to be “okay,” when you’re just trying to keep it all together. This is your place to let it all go.
