Support via talk and text throughout pregnancy Routine check-ins In-person Childbirth Education class 24hr on-call coverage and support at 37 weeks 2 Prenatal visits for birth plan review, labor prep activities, and postpartum planning Continuous labor support from active labor through birth Immediate postpartum support following birth through transition to recovery 1 daytime postpartum visit (4hrs)
