Western CT Doula

My postpartum doula services help new parents thrive in the early weeks, up to the first year after having a new baby. I provide daytime support only- either in-person to families in Western CT and the surrounding area, or virtually anywhere in the US. Ayurvedic postpartum care is also an option. In-home support can be anywhere from 1-5 days a week (M-F) with a 4 hour minimum per day. Virtual support is a great option if looking for answers to all the questions that come up of if parents need reassurance to feel confident that everything is going well. As a pediatric sleep consultant, I provide support to postpartum families looking to set up healthy sleep foundations for their newborns. For children 4 months-6 years, I work with families that are looking for solutions to sleep challenges. My sleep consulting is done virtually for families any where in the US and the emotional support provided really helps families reach their goals.
