Umbilical Tales

I'm an enthusiast in all things babies! Having had a beautiful child birth experience myself, I made it my mission to ensure every woman has an informed child birth experience where her voice is heard and her choices are respected. As one in 30 Lamaze Child Birth Educators (LCCE) in India, I'm fortunate to have the opportunity to educate women on unnecessary medical interventions and empower them to own their birth stories!

Additionally, I strongly believe that babies are extremely intelligent from conception and their well being should be priority. To be their voice, I ensure my work considers babies' emotions and well being equal to that of the mother's. This made me take up gentle infant massage training (CIMT) and Elimination Communication, a topic that's hardly spoken about in the mainstream media, but needs a bigger platform in today's time!

But most importantly, I am a mother of a beautiful baby girl who aims to redefine motherhood and babyhood as a phase of joy!
