At The Positive Push, we empower peaceful births and nurture a supportive community with hypnobirthing. You can choose from three courses on offer; The Complete Hypnobirthing Course, the Hypnobirthing workshop and The Positive Caesarian Workshop.

These comprehensive courses are designed to equip you with practical tools and knowledge, ensuring you feel confident and well-prepared for your birthing journey.

These classes can be attended in person or online and as private 1-1 sessions or group courses running on Saturday mornings.
