I provide mother-centered postpartum care services.
In home care sessions including food preparation, bodywork, light household help, breastfeeding and infant care guidance, herbal support, ritual and ceremony.
I also offer 1 day immersive packages.
My practice is rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, honoring a 42 day sacred window. The meals I cook are tailored for optimal digestion and lactation. Clients also receive tailored herbal support, abhyanga (warm sesame oil application), belly binding, yoni steams, integration ceremonies, birth witnessing, education and more. This is sacred postpartum care in your home.
