The Birth Therapist

The Birth Therapist is a concierge doula and physical therapy service founded by Dr. Hailey McQuilken, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and certified birth doula. Based in Pompano Beach, Florida, The Birth Therapist provides comprehensive, evidence-based care for families from pregnancy through postpartum, blending clinical knowledge with deeply personalized support.

Services include: Prenatal Support: Individualized visits, safe movement guidance, birth education, and collaborative birth planning.

Labor and Birth Support: Continuous in-person support using physical therapy-informed techniques to reduce pain and promote progress, including rebozo work, positioning, movement, and emotional coaching throughout labor and birth.

Postpartum Care: Immediate postpartum assistance, lactation education, newborn care guidance, and therapeutic support to help parents feel confident and cared for during recovery. Virtual services are also available.
