About The Birth Space
I am a mobile pelvic health physical therapist and childbirth educator in central DFW. I specialize in pregnancy through postpartum. My care STARTS in pregnancy and emphasizes birth preparation, body balancing and addressing any pelvic concerns/aches. I complement this with flexible childbirth education that includes 1-1 in home and virtual services. I have two options for classes that include a comprehensive option and a one day hands on option. Both a tailored to individual needs and include pelvic floor considerations. The hands on portion covers everything to DO for labor and birth and includes partner support and comfort measures. Postpartum PT begins in the early weeks and is ongoing as needed. Birth preparation directly improves postpartum outcomes. This is the standard of care women and families deserve.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy that STARTS in pregnancy. Emphasis is on birth preparation, body balancing, addressing aches and pains as well as any pelvic concerns, protecting the pelvic floor, etc. follow-up sessions drop to $275

Childbirth Education
Comprehensive childbirth education composed of 4 classes. They are a combination of in person and virtual for ease and flexibility. Virtual classes include understanding labor, interventions and decision making and postpartum considerations. The in person class is in your home with one support person learning hands on techniques for comfort measures and movement for labor and birth.

Childbirth Education
1-1 functional childbirth education for you and 1 support person. This is where you learn everything to DO for labor and birth. This includes partner support and comfort measures, exercise routine, recognizing stages of labor and timing contractions, how and when to push, etc. Special considerations for the pelvic floor throughout! All in the comfort of your own home.
