Hi, I’m Zeina Sobh, a NICU nurse with 20+ years of bedside experience caring for newborns and guiding families through those first overwhelming weeks. I’ve supported thousands of parents through the hospital-to-home transition and know how scary and uncertain those early days can feel.

Through The Baby Lounge, I teach practical, evidence-based newborn care- from sleep and feeding to soothing and reading your baby’s cues- so you feel calm, capable, and confident instead of second-guessing yourself.

My goal is simple: less worry, more confidence, and more time enjoying your baby.
