I provide birth support in hospitals, birth centers and in the home. We work together to customize the experience that you hope to achieve. I love to work with folks who want to feel empowered!

I understand that as your doula I help set the tone and bring energy into your space that will be part of your family's blueprint forever. And so, I show up as a strong advocate who also brings warmth, love, and extensive knowledge to each family that I serve. I reduce fear and lend you my confidence, helping you to feel well-prepared for this journey. My goal is always to foster a calm, positive environment where parents feel respected, safe, and ready to welcome their new baby confidently.

I also provide lactation consulting services and serve as a massage therapist for all types of modalities including prenatal and postpartum massage.
