This personalized two-week sleep consultation is designed to give you the expert guidance, support, and confidence you need to help your baby or toddler get the restful sleep they (and you!) deserve, Whether you're dealing with short naps, bedtime battels, frequent night wakings, or you're just ready to create a consistent routine, we'll work together to create a customized plan that fits your family's needs and parenting style. Your package includes: ~ a detailed intake questionnaire to assess your child's sleep habits, environment, and routine ~ A customized, easy to follow sleep plan tailored specifically to your child ~ A Zoom or phone call to walk you through your plan step by step ~ Daily check ins via the Rested app for 14 days ~ Ongoing guidance, encouragement, and adjustments as needed to keep things on track ~ A wrap up summary with future tips to maintain progress This isn't a one size fits all approach. You'll have me by your side every step of the way - cheering you on, answering your questions, and helping you navigate every nap and night with confidence.
