Hi tired parents — I see you, and I’m here to help. I’m Becka Payne, a Senior Pediatric Sleep Consultant and night nanny serving Northern Colorado and beyond. Through Sleeper Teachers®, I support exhausted families with personalized, practical sleep solutions that lead to more rest for your child—and for you.

As a mom of four girls and a former sleep-deprived parent myself, I know how life-changing quality sleep can be. Whether you’re working on newborn naps, toddler bedtime battles, or big kid transitions, I meet families where they are with one-on-one support and gentle, evidence-based guidance. I offer both virtual and in-home services, including overnight care in Northern Colorado.

My approach is rooted in empathy, education, and partnership. Together, we’ll teach your little one the skill of independent sleep, so your whole family can thrive.
