SIA of Relief Doula Services is here to support, inform & advocate for families through their prenatal, birth & postpartum journey. SIA also provides postpartum services such as belly binding, vaginal steaming, whole body healing & various in home care services. SIA also specializes in placenta encapsulation and umbilical cord keepsakes. Our mission is to ensure we provide a whole person & holistic approach when growing your family.

Pregnancy Doula
Services include up to 3 in person prenatal visits and 2 postpartum visits. Topics include prenatal and postpartum nutrition, customized prenatal and postpartum planning, birthing positions and comfort measures, birth coaching, birth prep, new parent prep(basics), mindfulness and more depending on needs.

Weekly rates available for families that want routine doula support services such as overnight infant care.

Postpartum Doula Support
Support for the "Fourth Trimester". Newborn care, postpartum recovery, light household work etc. Up to 2-4 visits in the 6-8 weeks postpartum. Inquire within should additional visits be needed.
