Shannon is a birth and postpartum doula with a deep passion for supporting families during one of life’s most meaningful transitions. With a BA in Psychology and experience in the mental health field, she brings a calm, grounded presence and a strong understanding of the emotional and physical changes that come with labor, birth, and welcoming a new baby. Her goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps families feel confident, supported, and truly seen every step of the way.
