Sam the Doula

Hi, I’m Samantha, a diligent postpartum doula who believes a whole family is born when the baby comes home, and nurturing that new unit is my honor. I’m passionate about holding mothers and birthing people in this sacred time as their family grows. With warm reassurance, gentle guidance and unwavering support, it’s my honor to help families find their voice and footing in the new world of parenthood. I’m a firm believer that knowledge is power and as a new mother’s support and advocate, I come prepared with infant care and maternal healing knowledge as well as local resources. My previous work as a journalist has sharpened my communication skills and kept me open and curious to learn from people of all walks of life.
