Hello everyone,

I am a somatic guide, doula and childbirth educator

I am privileged to be in service and devotion to pregnant women and mothers. As a compassionate companion, I aim to listen and guide you into the natural, authentic, full spectrum being that you truly are.

You will be supported to have the birth that you desire, even when unexpected situations may arise. Guiding you to tune into your body's intelligence system, knowing that your body already knows and does what it naturally does, being present with your present moment truth, whatever it needs from you at any given moment throughout your journey. I desire for you to feel safe within your body, to regain trust and not abandon it due to what society, family and friends tell you to do.

Sacred Wild Roots is a name that indicates the importance of the womb as being the root of all the wisdom, power and life that comes within a women's body. Throughout pregnancy and birth, you will experience the biggest somatic sensations in your life. I aim to be a grounding and calm presence for you throughout every step of the way. I want to protect the sacredness of your birth, witnessing you as you are initiated and reborn as a mother. It is my honor to serve you during this time, supporting the homecoming of you and your baby's transition to earthside.
