Rooted Birthways LLC is an independent doula practice by Dichela Ueki, rooted in culturally grounded holistic support.

Being a Doula is more than just providing care — it's sustaining a foundation of active care and healing. My mission is to provide birthing individuals support to reclaim and integrate their individual, cultural, spiritual, and ancestral practices into their pregnancy and birth experience—fostering healing, empowerment, and a birth culture rooted in respect and authenticity. I do this through providing accessible education and compassionate support, to help birthing parents and their families build the foundation they envision. As an individual I center four main values accountability, respect, solidarity, and care because I believe that is what matters most in this time of growth. This means more than just being kind — it also means being willing to challenge harm and invoke change.

Centering these values emphasize care as a powerful, active tool — not just about comfort, but about making space for listening and building, especially in a world that moves too fast.
