At Riverbend Doula Services, my mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based birth support that empowers families to feel informed, confident, and deeply cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Through personalized education, emotional grounding, and continuous advocacy, I support birthing families in creating an experience that feels safe, respected, and aligned with their values.
I specialize in supporting high-risk pregnancies, families navigating fertility journeys, birth after loss, trauma-informed care, and comprehensive birth planning with strong advocacy. By honoring each person’s history, preferences, and unique needs, I tailor my care to foster agency, clarity, and safety.

GROUNDED BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE - Establish essential support with the essentials (not available for first-time birthers): - 1 prenatal visit (1.5 hr) to review birth preferences, explore comfort measures, and prepare together - On-call support 24/7 beginning at 37 weeks - Continuous labor support through 1–2 hrs of immediate postpartum - Evidence-based labor support, emotional encouragement + advocacy - 1 postpartum visit (1 hr) focused on recovery and newborn support - Access to a back-up doula - Birth notes from your labor and birth

EMPOWERED BIRTH SUPPORT PACKAGE - Full-circle support, leaving you confident and strong: Includes all offerings of the Nurtured Package, PLUS: - 1 additional 1.5 hr prenatal visit, for comprehensive preparedness– Total of 3 - 1 additional postpartum visit – Total of 3 - Expanded phone & text support throughout pregnancy - Curated resources personalized to meet your specific prenatal and postpartum needs - Continuity of support and follow-up up to 3 months postpartum, so you feel cared for long after birth
